Going back to the office and a TwitterSpaces invite
Hello!
Are you ready to go back to the office?
Now that people are getting vaccinated, companies have conversations with employees about coming back. Turns out, employees are looking forward to work in the office again. What they are worried about is using public transportation for their commute.
While going back to the office is a relief for some, others prefer the current flexibility and want to make 'working from anywhere' permanent. Jeff Miller from OneSourceVirtual invited me to share my perspective on working from anywhere. We also discussed why, after the pandemic, you can’t instantly revoke people’s flexibility and demand they return to the office.
With people working from anywhere comes access to a much larger talent pool. But that also means you must have visibility on the productivity of your permanent and contingent hires. This new report on The Future of Contingent Workforce Management provides you with more insights.
Have a great weekend, Anita
